The city of Glasgow has a particular affiliation to St Valentine. As in 1999, the bones of St Valentine's forearm were 'rediscovered' in the Church of Blessed John Duns Scotus in the Gorbals area of Glasgow. Leading to the city being referred to as the 'City of Love'.
